      We all are struggling in life as day by day life is getting hectic. Time management and better decision making is the key to handling hectic and stressful situations.
      Inconsistency is normal, howver if you want to overcome it , use simple tips like going 3 times a week in gym , set your minimum parameters.
      Else start with a small goal like walking / running for 2 km ,then gradually increase it , once it becomes your habit, you won’t find it any difficult.
      Regarding mental health, of course it’s very important. A healthy mind and a healthy body fosters a good persona, making you feel blessed and joyful on earth. For mental health apart of tips in my post here are few things you can do- remember to give positive affirmations to yourself even in the worst stressful situations like I am fine, everything is fine, etc. Open up with your close friends or write your thoughts in a book- don’t keep toxic thoughts/ anger/ stress inside you because slowly they drain your energy and impact mental health. If there are more mental health issues , consulting a doctor is important. So harmonious balance is required between mental and physical health.
